RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you are satisfied with your Wisst product. If for any reason you want to return your order, the following applies:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Contact us before returning
Before returning an item, you must always contact us via email or contact form on the website to receive return information.
In case of contact, the order number must always be provided.

Condition of the product
The product may be carefully tested to check the fit and function, but should be returned in substantially unchanged condition.

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping. We are not responsible for returns that disappear in transport.
The order number must be clearly stated on or in the consignment when the product is returned.

Refund
Refunds will be made when we have received and checked the return. The refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
